HVAC Install Coordinator

Job Description:

As a proud member of the Sky Blue Team, the Install Coordinator supports sales and installation
teams by ordering equipment, start-to-finish job organization, various product returns, overseeing permit
department, general support of both sales and installation teams.

Job Duties:
– Process installation jobs from start to finish.
– Manage Commissioning of units
– Provide Comfort Advisor support with financing and installation dates.
– Equipment ordering for Installation Department
– Create job folders and provide all required information for each install to the installation teams daily.
– Organize schedule of new installs and which team they are to be assigned to.
– Process warranty equipment and set up returns to the vendor for credit.
– Provide support to installation teams throughout the day and arrange parts running.
– Process financing for new installs
– Process other consumer and manufacturer rebates within required time frames.
– Meet all deadlines for rebates and finance processing.
– Happy calls prior to and post installation.
– Perform any/all other tasks requested by management.

Job Expectations:
The Install Coordinator reports directly to the President. They are expected to show up for all scheduled
shifts, on time and ready to work. The Install Coordinator must remain organized, efficient, and on task at all times.
They must work well in a fast-paced environment, under the pressure of deadlines. Install Coordinator must meet
all deadlines and be able to provide daily updates to the President. The Install Coordinator must self-manage
throughout the day and prioritize workload. Hours can be flexible as long as job requirements are met. Any
changes to the schedule are to be approved by the President.
