Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Duties:
– Taking phone calls from customers, technicians, vendors, etc. Answering questions, booking
appointments, redirecting calls and taking messages.
– Act as a customer advocate and problem solve to best resolve customer’s problem/concerns.
– Timely lead handling from Slack, Yelp, Google and High Level. Ensuring leads are contacted, booked
and returning clients calls have been made.
– Make outbound existing attached and non attached customers to book appointments and keep
schedules full for the service department.
– Assist accounting with accounts receivables.
– Assists with processing payments for technicians in the field.
– Take inbound client calls and Obtain all required client information regarding inbound and outbound
appointments.
– Work in SERA to book/ schedule and manage client calls.
– Misc admin tasks as requested
– Perform any and all other tasks delegated by upper management.
Job Expectations:
A CSR is required to show up each day to work/ for all schedule shifts and to perform all job duties listed above. If for
any reason they are unable to fulfill any/ all of their duties or will be unable to be at any scheduled shift, they are required to notify the CFO, 2 hours minimum prior to their shift. A CSR is required to be a positive representation of Sky Blue
Team at all times, following all handbook rules and policies, professionally handling unfavorable circumstances, and creating positive working relationships with all employees and customers.
